Solutions / For Doctors

One verified wholesale marketplace, built for clinicians.

MedGrid gives practicing physicians a single, credential-verified place to source 503A compounded peptides, GLP-1s, biologics, hormone therapy, and regenerative and aesthetic products — at wholesale, from vendors who have cleared diligence, without consumer noise.

01 / What you get

A physician account, end to end.

Everything below is part of the platform itself — not an add-on, not a tier.

NPI-verified network

Every account is verified against the NPI registry before access. No consumer traffic, no anonymous buyers — a marketplace of licensed clinicians and vetted vendors only.

Wholesale line-item pricing

See actual wholesale pricing per line item, per vendor — not "request a quote" walls. Compare across vendors before you commit a purchase order.

Specialty-curated catalogs

Catalogs organized by specialty and regulatory class — so a regenerative practice and a weight-management clinic each see a catalog shaped for how they actually buy.

Order tracking & reorder

Live shipment tracking on every order, full order history, and one-click reorder for the products your practice runs on every month.

Team purchasing

Add Clinic Personnel and associate physicians as sub-accounts under one parent account — shared catalog, controlled purchasing, one consolidated billing relationship.

Peer resources

Education and reference material from the physicians and partners on the platform — built for clinicians comparing products and approaches, not marketing copy.

02 / Verification

How verification works — three steps.

Verification matches the products you'll actually access. You only complete the steps your purchasing requires.

01 Always

NPI lookup

We verify your NPI against the national registry. This is the baseline for every account and unlocks the standard catalog.

02 Where applicable

State license

For product categories governed by state rules, we confirm your active state medical license in the state where you practice.

03 Controlled categories only

DEA — only if needed

A DEA registration is required only for controlled product categories. It is never a condition of joining MedGrid.

No DEA? You can still join. Doctors without a DEA registration get full marketplace access — restricted categories simply stay hidden from your catalog. There is also a dedicated MedGridMD signup track for non-DEA physicians, so the application never asks you for credentials you don't carry.

03 / Pharmacy access

Two compliant routes to pharmacy products.

Both routes are real, both are compliant — they simply map to the credentials you hold today.

Route / 01

Full credentials

For physicians holding the complete credential set. Unlocks the widest catalog your jurisdiction allows, including controlled categories where your DEA applies.

MedGridMD track

Layer 1

US federal rules

FDCA §503A/§503B, the Controlled Substances Act, and FDA category rules set the federal floor for what any physician can purchase.

Layer 2

Individual US state rules

State medical and pharmacy boards layer their own — often stricter — rules on top. A product lawful in one state may be restricted in the next.

Layer 3

International jurisdiction

Outside the US, local prescribing and import rules apply. Availability follows the law of wherever your practice actually sits.

Product availability varies by all three layers at once. MedGrid resolves this for you: the platform shows you only the products your credentials and your location lawfully allow — nothing in your catalog is a product you can't actually order.
04 / Pricing

Free for independents. Flat for teams.

No tiers, no usage meters, no "contact sales" pricing. Two plans, and that's the whole page.

05 / FAQ

Common questions from physicians.

Do I need a DEA registration to join?
No. A DEA registration is only required for controlled product categories. Physicians without a DEA can join through the MedGridMD signup track and get the full marketplace — restricted categories simply stay hidden from your catalog.
What does a Standard account cost?
Nothing. Standard accounts are free for independent physicians — verification, wholesale pricing, ordering, and tracking included. Teams pay a flat $25 per member per month. There are no other tiers.
Why can't I see a product another physician told me about?
Catalog visibility is resolved per account, across three layers: US federal rules, your individual state's rules, and — for international accounts — your local jurisdiction. If a product is hidden, it's because your credentials or your location don't currently permit it. Adding the relevant credential makes the category appear.
How long does verification take?
The NPI lookup runs against the national registry during signup. State license and DEA checks (where they apply) follow as a review step before those categories unlock. You can browse what your verified credentials already permit while the rest completes.
Can my staff order on my behalf?
Yes — that's what Teams is for. Staff and associate physicians join as sub-accounts under one parent account, with shared catalog access and purchasing controlled by the parent. $25 flat per member per month.
